Terms of Service

Establishing the technical and educational boundaries for reinforcement learning exploration and industrial robotic control interfaces.

Status: Legally Binding

This document governs your access to the Donateco Robotics portal, documentation, and simulation frameworks.

Scope of Agreement

Welcome to Donateco Robotics. By accessing donateco.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our associated Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, researchers, and professional partners who utilize our technical documentation or educational resources.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, your access to our reinforcement learning frameworks and robotic control data is revoked immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time following our software-as-a-service update protocols.

Intellectual Property & Rights

All content featured on this portal, including but not limited to neural network architectures, Reward Function Design methodology, and Sim2Real Transfer Protocols, is the exclusive property of Donateco Robotics or its licensors.

Usage License

You are granted a non-transferable, limited license to view this content for academic and professional evaluation only.

Technical sensor hardware

Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial extraction of our reward function weights or environment mapping logic without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited. Users may not reverse-engineer the robotic control sequences provided in our simulation demos.

Limitation of Liability

Donateco Robotics provides educational content and reinforcement learning insights "as-is" without warranty of hardware compatibility. We do not claim 100% autonomy for systems implemented using our shared frameworks.

In no event shall Donateco Robotics, nor its directors or researchers, be liable for any mechanical failure, industrial accidents, or data loss resulting from the misapplication of autonomous control loops. All safety-critical constraints remain the sole responsibility of the hardware operator.

Professional Verification Standards

Our frameworks translate complex RL reward functions into transparent, verifiable operational parameters. We prioritize safety-critical constraints above all speed or precision metrics.
